After Week 1

Week 1 included lots of painting and prep for addition as we wait for the building permit.

The AC unit has seen its better days.  Removed and awaiting a new  AC unit. 

Back patio door into rec room replaced.  Awaiting handle and painting.

Upstairs is well on its way to being fresh with new paint and fixtures.

My FABULOUS husband has painted all the ceilings and several walls.
My FABULOUS mother in-law and Drew's aunt have painted lots of walls, doors and trim.
My FABULOUS father-in-law has hung lots of new fixtures.
Our FABULOUS contractors- thanks Kevin Corum!- have started patching some trouble areas.

Upstairs hallway walls and ceiling painted.  Trim work to be done.
